President Trump,

I am writing this letter to you to try to understand how the Department of Justice in the greatest country in the world could be so blind to the injustice in my case. Every government witness who testified against me has appeared on world television and not only admitted to perjury but also showed the world how they intended to kill me if putting me in prison to take my life and property away didn't work.

Thave been trying for 8 years to get a new trial with the evidence we now have proving that the federal agents involved in my case knew not only that their witnesses were lying, but that the agents even helped orchestrate the crime I was convicted of and manufactured evidence.

All four of the main government witnesses turned over their cell phones to my legal team, containing over 700 recordings, videos, and text messages where they recorded the federal agents helping create this crime. was arrested, held without bond, and kept in solitary confinement, so I could not help gather evidence, lay out my defense, or even work to hire my own attorneys. Now, all of my appeals have been denied because the public defenders I was forced to use did not do their job by bringing up enough objections and cross-examinations during my trial. The Constitution of the United States states that you have the right not to have excessive bail and the right to a fair trial. In my case, not only was I denied bail, but the minute I asked for a fair trial, I was punished by being charged with 22 more charges just for wanting a trial. I only started out with one charge that I could have beaten if I had been given bond and had the chance to hire my own lawyers and help in my defense. I think the most disturbing part is that federal agents and U.S. attorneys in OKC covered up crimes for their witnesses, such as rape Bank fraud, identity theft, and sex trafficking were created as crimes against me for what reason? Was it because I had the largest private zoo in America? Because I ran for office and had an opinion? Or was it simply because I am gay? People all over America tell me that you won't help correct this injustice for me because I am gay.

You know I didn't ask for this kind of life; God knows it's been a hell of a road, but I made the best of it. I served my country as the youngest police chief in Texas history. I was a firefighter in Centennial, Wyoming, at 13 years of age; 1 was an EMT for 30 years; I built my own pet store and private zoo, and I worked to achieve the American Dream, which was to own my own home and business. I accomplished this without having as much as a speeding ticket on my record at the age of 55. find it very hard to believe; in fact, I refuse to believe that you won't help me because I am gay. I have supported you from day one in 2016 and will continue to support you no matter what. The very thing they did to you with 94 indictments is exactly the same thing they did to me and so many other Americans who slip through the cracks of justice because our voices are not heard as loudly as yours. Diddy just got sentenced to 4 years for sex crimes. A preacher in Texas just got sentenced to 6 months for 5 charges of lewd sex acts with a minor, and one of the inmates here got sentenced to 20 years for stabbing his own mother to death, dragging her body into the woods, and setting fire to her body. President Trump, I am serving 21 years because my vet and USDA inspector told me to euthanize 5 old crippled tigers and for two murder-for-hire charges, which everyone has admitted on world television they made up and lied under oath at my trial. The biggest problem was Netflix was making a film during my arrest, trial, and sentencing, for which they paid every government witness cash (we have that on video as well) to keep the narrative going for their show, Tiger King. Which I dian't even film for, as I was in custody two years before it was filmed. This was nothing more than four felons and a TV producer for Netflix who got wrapped up in fame and money to destroy my life. I am so glad Elon Musk is calling for a boycott because they made millions by putting me here.

Since this has happened, both of my parents have died.

Everything they owned was taken by the very people who did this not only to me but to my parents. I have lost eight years of my life and am living with cancer, coronary artery disease, a very rare immune disease, and tumors in my left lung. I would hope and pray that you, of all people, would think that I have lost more than enough for something that everyone admitted to being a lie on world television.

Thave programmed while in prison; I have never disrespected the staff, and my earliest date back to freedom is 2030. Mr.

President, I am asking you to have someone watch Season 2 of *Tiger King*, where the Department of Justice's very own witnesses appeared on TV and admitted to making this up, and where the government's hitman admitted and showed the world how they had planned to kill me. All of the evidence is located at joeexoticofficial.com, and I ask you to have someone just take a look at the hard evidence we have proving I am innocent.

Set aside the fact that the public defenders didn't do their job, and I can't win an appeal because of that. Please just look at the evidence at hand.

l love my country, and I ask you for a second chance to prove to you that I can use my platform, which I have because of all of this, to bring so much good charity work to sick and dying children, like I used to, and to the many other charities I took part in. People such as Rep. Boebert Rep. Bulinson, former Congressman Gaetz, Joe Rogan, and many more would like to see me free.
